How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly through our website by choosing your service, selecting a date and therapist, and paying a deposit.

Is a deposit required when booking?
Yes, we require a $20 deposit to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is paid at the spa.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.

What should I bring to my appointment?
Just bring yourself! If it’s your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any forms.

Can I choose my massage therapist?
Yes, during booking you’ll be able to select a preferred therapist based on availability.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Appointments are preferred to ensure availability, but we do accept walk-ins if there's an opening.

Are your services suitable for all genders?
Absolutely. All services are inclusive and tailored to individual needs regardless of gender identity.

What types of massage oils or treatments do you offer?
We offer a variety of massage oils, including CBD oil as an add-on, along with cupping and other treatments.

Is there parking available?
Street parking is available in the surrounding area; however, please note there is no parking directly in front of the building. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes to find parking and walk over comfortably for your appointment.
