Cancellation Policy

Cancelation 1. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 12 hours of the appointment. 2. Rescheduling Policy Clients can reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment without penalty. 3. No-Show Policy No-shows forfeit the deposit and may be required to pay for future services in advance. 4. Deposit/Prepayment Rules A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your total. Perfect Day Spa Booking Policy * A $20 deposit is required at the time of booking. * You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit. * Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. * No-shows will be charged the full service amount and may be required to pay for future services in advance. * Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session.
